The easiest way to view your options and set something up is to log in to your Ophelos account using your 6 digit reference code. This will be provided in any of the communications you receive from us.
Regardless of how you resolve your balance, 100% of what you pay goes towards your debt.
If you need to split your payments into more manageable monthly instalments you will find your suggested plan(s) in the payment plan section of your account.
These plans aim to help you repay your debt within a reasonable amount of time, and are designed to make sure you keep on top of your ongoing monthly payments if you have them.
If the suggested plans don’t work for you then you can submit your own payment offer instead. If you do this it is likely you will need to complete a budget assessment online. This will help you choose a payment which is both manageable and sustainable for you.
When you submit your own amount, the length of your plan could be restricted if your payment would not allow you to resolve your debt within a reasonable amount of time.
However, if you choose to start your plan, your account will be set in this agreement for a fixed length of time. This means you will be given some space to seek further advice and support, or for your situation to improve.

If you’re ready to pay in full you can do so directly through your account today.
If you can pay in full but not until later, you can log in to schedule a payment up to 30 days in the future. Once you do this you won’t receive further communications, however, you will be reminded before your payment is taken.
