How does Ophelos work?

We contact you when a company asks us to help settle your debt.

You can choose between paying one lump sum, paying at a later date or breaking your balance down into instalments. If none of these options work for you, we are always happy to explore other solutions.

Any payments you make through Ophelos go directly towards repaying your balance. We never add any interest or fees.

We then charge the original creditor a fee for collecting outstanding balances on their behalf, so that we can pay our lovely team and help more people resolve their debt.
