β€’

Your online account makes resolving your balance quick and easy. Simply log in to your Ophelos account using your 6 digit reference code. This will be provided in any of the communications you have received from us.

Regardless of how you resolve your balance, 100% of what you pay goes towards your debt. You can find a clear breakdown of the options available here.

How do I set something up online?

Once you log in you will be asked to choose from one of the options below:

πŸš€ Pay in full now- resolve the whole balance now.

⏳ Schedule now, pay in full later - make a full payment at a later date up to 30 days in the future.

πŸ• Set up a payment plan - split your balance into manageable monthly payments.

After you’ve chosen the option that suits you best, simply follow the instructions to make your payment.

⚠️ Some options require you to complete a budget assessment, or ask you to consider some information first. Please be aware that you may need to set a little time aside to be sure you are happy with what you set up.

If you have any questions, or aren’t sure how to proceed, our team are always happy to help. The best way to get in touch is through livechat on our site or by emailing support@ophelos.com.

You can also give us a call on 020 3318 2823. Our agents are available to talk Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
