To access your existing plan or payment visit the Log in page and use the email you used to set up your account to log in (this is the email address you receive communications from Ophelos).
Once you've logged in you will be able to:
🔍 View your current balance and upcoming payment(s)
💳 Update your payment method or details
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to:
💷 Update your payment amount
🗓 Update your payment date
To do so you will need to contact our team directly. Send an email to email@example.com as soon as you can and let us know the changes you would like to make.
If you need to update your payment because your circumstances have changed please let us know about your situation so we can stay up to date and suggest further support if necessary.
