If your balance still hasn’t updated or we are still contacting you after 5 working days, please contact the Ophelos team so we can make sure your payment or plan has been processed correctly.

Good to know: If you have set up an ongoing payment plan with your energy supplier you do not need to make any further payments through Ophelos. Your debt repayments and any payments towards your monthly energy bill should be made in one payment either to your energy supplier directly or through Ophelos.
