You can contact your energy supplier directly to get this debt added to your meter and make repayments when you top up.

- Tell us you intend to add your debt to your prepayment meter. We can give you space so you have time to do this. (If you need help finding the right contact details just let us know).
- Call or email your energy supplier to tell them you would like to add your debt to your meter so you can repay it.
