It’s a sad truth that more and more people are struggling with rising costs, causing households that previously didn’t need support to tip over the edge and pushing those who already receive support deeper into financial difficulty.
In this environment, it’s essential to provide households with resources to maximise their income. Here, Inbest are paving the way. With their easy-to-use benefits calculator, anyone can see which benefits, grants and social tariffs they are entitled to. The calculator is fully integrated into the Ophelos platform, so customers can check if they can maximise their income without having to leave the journey.
We’re particularly excited about this partnership since it doesn’t only help customers to build financial resilience, but is great for our clients too. By removing friction, the built-in calculator will help to drive engagement, improve the customer experience, and supply businesses with invaluable insights.
