Please use the subject line “Dispute” and provide a brief description of the problem.
We deal with these issues most commonly:
- You don’t recognise the debt
- The balance is incorrect
- You have an ongoing issue with your lender/energy supplier which is still unresolved
It is likely we will need to refer back to your lender or supplier in order to resolve your issue, but we can hold your account while the issue is investigated.
