Submit a dispute

We understand that sometimes things go wrong.

If there is a problem with a debt we have contacted you about it is important you let us know. We’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue and prevent any further escalation.

The easiest way to inform our team is to email support@ophelos.com.

Please use the subject line “Dispute” and provide a brief description of the problem.

We deal with these issues most commonly:

  • You don’t recognise the debt
  • The balance is incorrect
  • You have an ongoing issue with your lender/energy supplier which is still unresolved

It is likely we will need to refer back to your lender or supplier in order to resolve your issue, but  we can hold your account while the issue is investigated.

If you have contacted your lender or supplier directly regarding an issue, please let us know.
