How does Ophelos communicate with customers?

We never use scare tactics, intimidate people, turn up at your door, or use overly formal or legal language. We speak to you like we would to our friends - with kindness and respect. It’s normal to fall behind on bills and we are here to support you, not threaten you.

We really want to be able to help you resolve your balance in a way that works on your terms, so we keep sending you messages until you engage with us. If you can't pay or are struggling with something just let us know what's going on and we can work something out.
